If you write to us, we use your message and e-mail address only to reply. Mail to hello@taktikfc.com is forwarded through Cloudflare Email Routing to a mailbox at Google (Gmail). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. We delete the correspondence once it is no longer needed.
TAKTIK FC runs offline. Saves and settings are stored locally on your device. If you play through Steam, Valve Corporation's privacy policy applies to purchases, achievements and the Steam Cloud sync of your saves; Valve does not give us personal data about you, only aggregated sales and usage statistics.
Only if you explicitly agree in the game does TAKTIK FC send anonymous match data, so that we can balance the game and fix bugs. Without your consent nothing is sent.
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and to withdraw consent at any time. Because the match data is anonymous, we generally cannot link it to a person. You can lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, dsb.gv.at).
